Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

These terms are the rules for using WorkNext at worknext.in. WorkNext is a venture of IndiaHostClub. They are not legal, tax, or payroll advice. Limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law should be read with the business that operates the service.

1. Acceptance

Using WorkNext, creating an account, or signing in means you accept these terms. If you use WorkNext for a company, you confirm that you are allowed to accept them for that company.

2. The WorkNext service

WorkNext is software for work, people, and everyday operations. A company uses one workspace for tasks, projects, employee records, attendance, leave, documents, expenses, and related workflows. Salary figures are the amounts the company types in. Net pay shown from those figures is earnings minus deductions. WorkNext does not calculate statutory contributions and does not replace a payroll, tax, or HR adviser.

3. Eligibility

WorkNext is for businesses and the people those businesses allow into a workspace. You must be able to enter a contract for yourself or for the company you represent. The service is not offered for personal or household use, and it is not directed at children.

4. Accounts

Keep the email and password for an account private. You are responsible for activity under that sign-in until you tell WorkNext the password may be compromised. The preview login can browse the sample workspace and cannot save changes. Do not use the preview login as a place to store real employee or customer information.

5. Company workspaces

An organisation controls its workspace. It decides who may sign in and which roles those people have. People in the workspace see the records their role allows. The company, not WorkNext, chooses what employee information is entered and who inside the company may see it.

6. Customer data

Customer data means information a customer, or a person that customer authorises, submits, uploads, or enters into WorkNext. The company that holds the account is responsible for that information, including employee records and salary amounts, and for having a proper reason to hold it. The company keeps ownership of its customer data. WorkNext may host and display it only to provide the service, to secure the service, and to meet a legal duty.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use WorkNext to:

  • Break the law or violate someone else's rights.
  • Sign in to an account or a workspace you are not allowed to use.
  • Bypass sign-in, permissions, or other security checks.
  • Upload malware or interfere with the service.
  • Scrape, probe, or overload the service, or try to copy it in order to build a competing service.
  • Read, change, or delete another company's data.

8. Subscriptions and payments

Published prices are shown on the WorkNext website. A paid plan starts when WorkNext confirms it with the customer, usually by email at [email protected]. Taxes may be added where they apply. There is no free-trial promise and no general refund promise on this page. A change of plan, a renewal, or a cancellation is agreed with WorkNext by email. Until a written billing arrangement says otherwise, fees already due stay due.

9. Service availability

WorkNext aims to keep the service available, but it does not promise uninterrupted access unless a separate written agreement says so. Maintenance, hosting faults, and events outside WorkNext's control can interrupt the service.

10. Intellectual property

WorkNext and its licensors own the software, website, name, logo, visual design, and documentation. These terms do not sell that ownership. The customer keeps ownership of its customer data. Do not copy the WorkNext name or interface to imply a product that is not WorkNext.

11. Third-party services

WorkNext uses a hosting provider to run worknext.in, Cloudflare Turnstile on the contact and sales forms, and email at [email protected]. Those services have their own terms. WorkNext is not responsible for a third-party outage, except where a written agreement says otherwise.

12. Suspension and termination

WorkNext may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that puts the service or another customer at risk, or that remains unpaid after notice. The customer may stop using the service and ask to close the workspace by emailing [email protected].

13. Data after termination

After a workspace is closed, WorkNext will delete or return customer data that it is not required to keep, within a reasonable time after a written request to [email protected]. Copies may remain in the ordinary course of hosting until they age out, and records may be kept where needed for a legal duty, a dispute, or security.

14. Disclaimers

WorkNext provides software tools. It does not provide legal, tax, payroll, or HR advice, and it does not decide whether a company's use of employee data is lawful. The service is provided as available. WorkNext does not promise that it will meet a particular compliance standard unless that promise is in a separate written agreement.

15. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, WorkNext is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data arising from use of the service. WorkNext's total liability arising out of the service in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees the customer paid for WorkNext in that period, or zero if no fee was paid. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, including liability for fraud.

16. Indemnification

The customer will cover WorkNext against claims, losses, and reasonable costs that arise from customer data the customer did not have a right to submit, from misuse of the workspace, or from the customer's breach of these terms. This does not apply to the extent the claim is caused by WorkNext's own fraud or wilful misconduct.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India may hear disputes about them, except where a law that cannot be waived says another forum must be used. The operating business should confirm this clause against its actual legal entity before relying on it in a dispute.

18. Changes

WorkNext may update these terms. The date at the top of this page will change when it does. If a change is material, WorkNext will send a note to the email it holds for the account where it has one. Continued use after the update means the current terms apply.

19. Contact

Questions about these terms: [email protected] or the contact page.
