Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains how the operator of worknext.in handles information. WorkNext is a venture of IndiaHostClub. It is software a company uses for work and employee records. It is not a certification that any privacy law has been met.
1. Introduction
Two kinds of information matter on WorkNext, and they are not the same.
Customer data is information a company, or a person that company allows, types, uploads, or stores in a WorkNext workspace. That can include employee profiles, attendance, leave, documents, expenses, tasks, and salary amounts. The company decides what to enter and why it is allowed to hold that information about its people. WorkNext stores and shows it so the workspace can run.
WorkNext account data is information the service itself collects to run an account or to answer a message. That includes a sign-in email, a password stored only as a hash, and messages sent through the contact form.
2. Information we collect
WorkNext collects the account and contact details described below, and it stores the customer data a company chooses to put in its workspace. WorkNext does not buy personal information, and it does not ask visitors for a profile just to read the public website. The public pages do keep a server log of each page view: the page address, the site or page the visitor came from, and the IP address. That log is only for the operator of worknext.in. It is not sold, and it is not an advertising cookie. Entries older than 90 days are removed.
3. Company and employee data
A workspace holds the records that company chooses to enter. Typical records are employee name, work email, job details, attendance, leave, uploaded documents, expense claims, tasks, and salary figures the company types in. Salary amounts are those typed figures. WorkNext does not calculate statutory contributions.
The company is responsible for telling its employees how their workplace records are used, and for requests from those employees about records the company entered. An employee who wants a copy, a correction, or removal of workplace records should contact their employer first. The employer can then ask WorkNext for help at [email protected].
4. Account information
Sign-in uses an email address and a password. The password is stored as a one-way hash, not as the password itself. A session cookie keeps the person signed in. The preview login can browse a sample workspace and cannot save changes.
5. Contact and support information
The contact form asks for a name, an email address, an optional phone number, and a message. The sales form also asks for a company, a plan, and a team size. Those messages are sent to [email protected]. Both forms use Cloudflare Turnstile so automated submissions can be rejected. Cloudflare receives the check needed to confirm that a person sent the form.
6. How we use information
Account data is used to sign a person in, keep the session, and reply to messages sent to [email protected]. Customer data is used to show that company's workspace to the people the company allows: tasks, people, attendance, leave, documents, expenses, and the other screens in the product. WorkNext does not use customer data to sell advertising.
7. Cookies
WorkNext uses a session cookie so a signed-in person stays signed in, and a second cookie so a form can be checked as coming from that session. Details are on the cookie policy. These cookies are not used to sell personal information. The public site does not describe an analytics or advertising cookie.
8. Information sharing
WorkNext does not sell personal information. Customer data is available to people in that company's workspace according to their role. Account and contact messages are available to the people who operate [email protected]. Information may also be shared with the service providers below, or if a law requires it.
9. Service providers
WorkNext uses other companies to run the service:
- A hosting provider stores and serves worknext.in. Those servers may be outside India.
- Cloudflare provides the Turnstile check on the contact form and the sales form.
- The mailbox [email protected] receives contact and security messages.
Those providers receive only what they need to do that job. This page does not describe a separate data processing agreement. A company that needs one can ask at [email protected].
10. Data security
Sign-in, permissions, company separation, and HTTPS are described on the security page. That page lists the controls WorkNext actually uses. It is not a promise that the service cannot be breached.
11. Data retention
Customer data stays in the workspace while the company keeps the account and the records. Account and contact messages are kept long enough to run the account, answer the message, and deal with a dispute or a legal duty. Public page-view logs are removed after 90 days. WorkNext does not publish a fixed number of days for every other record.
12. Data deletion
A company can remove records it is allowed to delete inside the workspace. To close a workspace or ask for a copy or deletion of customer data, email [email protected] from the account the company uses for WorkNext. WorkNext will delete or return customer data that it is not required to keep. Some records may remain where needed for a legal duty, a dispute, or a security investigation.
Employees do not have a separate WorkNext self-service export. They should ask their employer, who controls the workspace.
13. Privacy rights
Depending on the law that applies, a person may ask to see, correct, or delete information, or to object to a use. For workplace records the company entered, contact that company. For a WorkNext account or a contact-form message, email [email protected]. WorkNext will ask for enough detail to find the right workspace and will not use that request as a reason to open another company's data.
14. Children's privacy
WorkNext is a workplace service for companies and their staff. It is not directed at children, and it does not knowingly collect information from children for a children's account.
15. Policy changes
WorkNext may update this policy as the product changes. The date at the top of this page will change when it does. Continued use of the service after the date changes means the current page applies.
16. Contact
Privacy questions: [email protected] or the contact page.
