Service Delivery Policy

WorkNext is online software. Nothing is shipped by post or courier. This page explains how access is delivered after you pay. WorkNext is a venture of IndiaHostClub.

1. What you receive

A paid plan gives your company a WorkNext workspace on worknext.in for one year from the payment date, for the plan and number of employees shown at checkout. You use it in a web browser after signing in, from India or any other country. The service is delivered online only, so no shipping or customs charges apply.

2. How access is delivered

  • After Razorpay confirms the payment, the company workspace and the admin account are created straight away.
  • A 6-digit code is sent to the admin email. Entering the code confirms the email and opens the workspace.
  • A receipt with the plan, employees, paid period, amount and currency, and payment ID is sent to the company email. GST is shown on the receipt only for payments in Indian rupees.

The end date of the paid period is shown on the Billing page inside the workspace.

3. If access does not arrive

Check the spam folder first. On the code page you can also ask for a new code. If you paid and still cannot get into the workspace, email [email protected] with the Razorpay payment ID and the company name. We reply Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM India Standard Time (IST, UTC+5:30). Payment errors are handled as described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
